App package: com.hungryhole3d.game · Developer: FyStudio

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Hungry Hole 3D ("the App", "we", "us", "our") handles information when you install and play it. By using the App you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Summary (the short version)

2. Who we are

The App is developed and published by FyStudio. For any privacy question or request, contact us at Ameeen.login@gmail.com.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Stored only on your device (never sent to us)

The App saves the following locally on your device using standard on-device storage; it is not transmitted to us and we cannot access it:

3.2 Collected automatically by our advertising partner (Google AdMob)

To serve and measure ads, Google AdMob (Google LLC) and the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process the following. This is consistent with what we declare in the Google Play Data safety section:

Approximate (coarse) location, derived from IP addressAdvertising, regional complianceGoogle
Device & app info (model, OS version, language)Advertising, app functionalityGoogle

Diagnostics (crash logs, performance data)App stability and performanceGoogle

3.3 What we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera data, precise GPS location, or any financial/payment information. There is no login or user account.

4. How information is used

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating the App and its advertising.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The App's only third-party service is Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK (advertising). The App contains no analytics SDKs, no social-media SDKs, and no third-party login. Google's processing of data is governed by Google's own policies:

6. Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Where required by law, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent before serving personalized ads. You may receive a consent prompt on first launch and can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the in-app consent options and your device's ad settings. Where consent is declined or not required, ads may still be shown on a non-personalized basis.

7. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad requests are configured to comply with Google Play's Families policy and AdMob's content policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used by the App, contact us and we will help address it.

8. Device permissions

9. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. The only sharing that occurs is the automatic processing by Google described above, for the purpose of serving and measuring ads. Under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, certain ad-related data flows may be considered a "sale" or "sharing"; you can limit this using the device controls in Section 10.

10. Data retention and deletion

11. Data security

Ad-related network traffic uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Because we store no personal data on any server, there is no central database of your information to breach. Local game data remains on your device under your control.

12. International data transfers

Google may process data in countries other than your own. Such processing is carried out under Google's policies and the safeguards described in Google's Privacy Policy.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) and CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, the most direct way to exercise these choices for in-app advertising is to use the device controls (reset/delete Advertising ID, limit ads personalization) and the Google links in Section 5. You may also contact us and we will help route your request to Google.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
