These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Hungry Hole 3D ("the App"), published by FyStudio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the App on Android devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App except where permitted by law; (b) use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized tools; (c) interfere with the App's advertising or attempt to generate fraudulent or invalid ad interactions; (d) distribute the App through unauthorized channels; or (e) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App is free to play and is funded by advertising served through Google AdMob. Optional rewarded ads let you earn in-game benefits; watching them is always your choice. The App contains no in-app purchases.
In-game items, coins, gems, cosmetics, and power-ups have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for money or goods, and may be modified, reset, or discontinued at any time.
Progress is saved locally on your device. We cannot restore progress lost through uninstalling the App, clearing storage, device loss, or device changes.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time without notice or liability. Updates may be required to keep playing.
The App, including its code, design, graphics, audio, and name, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. "Google", "Android", "Google Play", and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC.
The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App (which is zero).
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is handled.
These Terms apply until terminated. They terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them; you may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence to the extent required by applicable consumer law, and otherwise by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
